Getting started with Exel Staffing Inc. is easy. 

Simply contact us to schedule a consultation where we can discuss your specific HR needs and how we can help. You can also send us a Job Description(s) to initiate conversation, we will review and let you know if we can assist with the position(s).  

Once we understand the requirements for the role, we leverage our Resume Bank and also market the position(s), we review resumes and select the  canidates for interviews.  

The interview is tailored to the role, in the interview we are looking for technical and soft skills; there is always a subject matter expert on the call to verify technical capabilities of the candidate.  Candidates then are selected to interview with Client.  

Once Client selects a Candidate, Client is presented with an agreement for the position.  Once agreement is executed, the candidate is hired.  We can assist with the coordination of equipment to the candidate.  Client is billed semi-monthly, on 1st and 15th of the month.  Exel Staffing manages all payroll and labor compliance for the employee.
